One of the most important areas for SA.MET is the construction and maintenance of fuel and service stations, and we are pleased to announce that one of our largest cooperation partners Circle K Eesti AS has extended its maintenance and repair contract with SA.MET for two years.
SA.MET entered the market of construction of gas and petrol stations dates back to 1990s, and since 2009 it is our strategic business focus. As a general contractor, we have over the years built and overhauled a large number of gas and petrol stations as well as car washes. In addition, we also provide our clients with maintenance and repair services all over Estonia.
Cooperation with Circle K Estonia (formerly Statoil Fuel & Retail Eesti AS) started in 2009. The latest maintenance and repair contract was awarded as a result of an international tender in 2014, which was extended by two years in August 2017. The contract includes ongoing maintenance and repair work (including general construction works, concrete works, outdoor works and earthworks, sanitary works, heating, ventilation, cooling system and water supply systems), and emergency works at all 75 service points of Circle K throughout Estonia.
In addition to maintenance and repair works, SA.MET has built in year 2017 three Circle K service stations – Märjamaa, Jüri and Tallinn Lauluväljaku.
